PluggMind

The Minecraft side of the LabMind Discord bot. Install it, pair your server with a one-time code from the panel, and your Discord and Minecraft chats are connected. No bot hosting, no webhooks to set up.

Bukkit, Spigot, Paper and forks · Minecraft 1.13+ · Java 8+ · no other plugins needed

What it connects

Two-way chat

In-game chat shows up in your Discord bridge channel with player heads, and Discord messages show up in-game in the format you choose.

Server events

Joins, leaves, deaths, advancements and server start/stop posted to a channel. Turn each one on or off in the panel or in config.yml.

Account linking

Players run /discord link in-game and /mclink <code> in Discord. Linked members can get a Discord role automatically.

Live status

/mcstatus in Discord shows whether the server is up, who's online and the TPS. The panel shows the same on the Minecraft tab.

Safe remote commands

/mccmd runs console commands from Discord, but only ones allowed both in the plugin's config.yml and in the panel. Off by default.

Nothing to host

The plugin talks to the bot over HTTPS with a per-server token. You don't open ports or run a bot yourself.

Four steps

1Add LabMind

Invite the bot to your Discord server from the LabMind page.

2Install the plugin

Put the jar in plugins/ and restart the server.

3Get a code

In the panel, open your server's Minecraft tab and click Generate pairing code.

4Pair

Run /pluggmind connect <code> in the console, then pick a bridge channel in the panel.

Commands

Minecraft · admin/pluggmind connect|status|reload|disconnect
Minecraft · players/discord, /discord link
Discord/mcstatus, /mclink, /mcunlink
Discord · staff/mccmd <command>
